High Desert International Film Festival 2016 Official selection | Solar Love

Solar Love (2015)
Official selection
High Desert International Film Festival
From 26th to 29th May
Pahrump (Nevada)
United States

2006 marked the very beginning of the journey to this, the 10th season of the High Desert International Film Festival and, from the start, the focus has been on supporting a sense of community.

The heart of this festival was, is now, and will always be, to celebrate the talents of the international, independent, filmmaking community; in support of those visionaries who might be in search of an audience, funding for a project, collaboration with peers or validation of their art.

An artist simply cannot work in a vacuum. There must be an audience to applaud and encourage their efforts or perhaps to let them know that they should take a step back or maybe even start over.

Every season we throw a party and invite the neighbors—and they join us—from all over the world. Consider this your invitation.

Helicon Films

Genre Experimental
Year 2016
Duration 12mn. 43s.

“The contemporary mythology as the representation of a catharsis. Thousand variations from human vacuum. Translated by the definition of our identities which became amorphous. Stasis. The alteration of our psyche. Vertigo. An existential schism. The Labyrinth built by Daedalus. Death is not an end in itself. Perhaps an inertia. Without reproduction. Neither transposition”.

Fahrenheit 4.33

Fahrenheit 4.33
A project by Fred L’Epee

“Space and forms are henceforth Vacuum. The post-existentialism is presently a variation of death/light. Fundamentally called dystopia. Ethereal freedom in a state of emergency. Antennas low frequency”. -Synospsis
